My urbeats by Dre order is in processing status for a couple of weeks. The phone calls were not answered but they charged the credit card as soon as the order is placed.
I am attempting to cancel the order without luck.
Finally after six weeks they sent the shipment confirmation on UPS but the tracking number has no history on UPS. I enquired about the shipment details and they say they are experiencing delays, delay after shipping the product, wow.
