International boundaries
Phone scam. Claimed home computers had been hacked into and were at risk. Asked to remote into two laptops to install protection software and change security settings, requested and obtained credit card information, and sent over supposed contracts. We confirmed this was a scam based on other similar complaints and after finding Sach Solutions had deactivated certain security software and settings and instead installed software managed under their own account settings. Reported fraud to credit card company.
