I ordered a Beats by dr.dre Studio headphone through the site http://www.beatsdrdreblackfriday.com/ on thanksgiving day. Soon after placing order, I became suspicious about the site and started looking to cancel the order. But,nowhere on the website I could cancel the order. I contacted them with only available email option and got the reply saying that the shipment is already arranged. Contacted my credit card company and cancelled the card and they asked me to wait for 15 days to file the claim. The product arrived after long wait and I tried to register that on http://www.beatsbydre.com/, the company website and it failed, meaning it is not authentic. The vendor is not able to provide me return address and still argues the product is genuine. Now I have started to process the dispute and wait to see the reaction from the credit card company.
