On 12/19/13 I bought the signature service,this service includes many things such as top off,vacuum,window wash,tire pressiure etc. Very expensive. I drove home after paying 63.00 only to discover my car was not vacuumed,windows not washed,left front tire still low. What else wasn't done that I can't tell. So disapointed. I called the store,she told me to drive back in. She would vacuum,wash windows and fill tire with air. I live 6 miles from town! Why wasn't this done.the first time. Gas is expensive. Going to Jiffy lube is s real treat for me. I'm retired . I will never go there again.
