I MAILED THE FORM RECEIVED FROM ATLANTIC BONDING OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF NOTARY PUBLIC LICENSE, TOGETHER WITH MY CHECK PAYABLE TO ATLANTIC BONDING FOR $75.26. MY CHECK WAS SHORTLY CASHED I SUBSEQUENTLY LEARNED FROM THE OFFICE OF FLORIDA SECRETARY OF STATE THAT ATLANTIC BONDING WAS NO LONGER APPROVED EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 23, 2011. I AM UNABLE TO REACH ZINMAN'S COMPANY
BY TELEPHONE SO I SENT AND FAXED MY LETTER DEMANDING THE RETURN OF MY MONIES. TO DATE NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PERSONS IN A SIMILAR POSITION. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF PENN. HAS RESTITUTION OF FUNDS ILLEGALLY RECEIVED AND RETAINED BY ATLANTIC & ZINMAN.

- I used this company when I first became a notary so I didn't think twice about renewing with them. I should have read the reviews before sending them my money. My check was cashed immediately upon receipt. I have been trying to contact them for over a month now...the business numbers takes you to a mailbox that is full. They have yet to respond to any emails or faxes. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court to get my $104 back.
