Responded to an ad on a legitimate website for an Old West Cookbook. Gourmet Cooking offered additional books for $1 each. No mention that there was an additional charge if books were kept. Company charged $23.80 in December as first of three payments for three small paperbacks of less than 110 pages. Contacted Gourmet Cooking and am now awaiting refund and label to return books. Gourmet Cooking website is very difficult to follow and leads the customer to purchase additional books without being clearly informed of the true cost. Customers should avoid this company.
