International boundaries

Richard Cayne worked as a financial adviser in Tokyo for several years and has caused a lot of financial problems for his former clients. He sold a phony land banking investment in Thailand known as Royal Siam Trust (RST) and told people they could cash out anytime. Of course when anyone tried to do this, he would always make excuses or ignore them.

Many of his former clients now strongly believe he has taken off with the investors' money. He does nothing but stall for time with vague and confusing emails assuring that his lawyers are working to solve the problem.
This has been going on for several years now but they've made no progress at all.

Richard Cayne still pretends to operate out of Tokyo, but was actually chased out in 2010 and has been in Bangkok since.
