"Gerry Bishop" emailed me from an AOL account saying there was a job position open for a procurement manager. I thought it was weird that starting pay was $63,000-$86,000 with no educational requirements and little interaction with management and no relocation ( they are not located anywhere). I tried to research the company and found nothing
