I had decided to try a trial of the strawberry garcinia and colon cleanse for $4.95. I purchased them on 12/5 and found it very odd that I didn't get a confirmation email, or any email for that matter, no tracking information, no shipping details, and then to top it off I noticed on my billing statement that I was charged $6.96, $6.95 and another $6.95 on 12/5. I contacted customer service with my card on 12/20 about the charges and still hadn't received my product. She advised me to contact the company and gave me the phone number of 1-786-486-9075. I called right away that day and immediately got a recording telling me to leave a message. I left my name, number and concern and never did hear back from them. Oddly enough, that same day I received a package with 3 bottles of pills, 2 of the colon cleanse and 1 of the strawberry garcinia. There was no information on how to contact them and still no email. I was under the impression it was a 14 day trial, yet on the same day I received the package, my card was charged an additional $94.90 and $104.90!! I've tried calling the number multiple times only to get the same recording and leave the same message! I want all my money refunded even if I have to give the product back. Total scam!
