Roy Krieg is the contractor associated with this firm. My wife had contracted him to build out physician office space for her. He evaluated the scene and prepared a contract. We were concerned that work was not progressing as anticipated and he would not be done in time for the opening. He continued to assure us. We asked if we should get another contractor. Time was running preciously short the weekend before the contract finish date. He then took all the ceiling panale out and threatened to call an inspector to close the project and the building down. The work he did complete had to be redone by the subsequent contrator as it was not up to code. He will give you assurances left and write and in the end leave you without a finished product. He is very nice at first but then gets very defensive and will not work with anyone on the project. When attempting to contact him about issues he will then tell you that you are harassing him and he will call the police on you. My wife and I now have to take him to court for $8000 in deposit charges. Stay away from him is my advise.
