I was asked for a quick survey on internet and advised that i would get a free gift at the end. The free gift was a free box of Green Coffe from Supracleanse and all I had to pay was the postal fees. I did pay. There was no indication that they would take more money from my account later and I DID NOT ASK for another box of pills as i only received the only box I paid the fees for in the last days of december...

- I want to provide more details as I did not clearly understood how to use the Scambook forms. As I was given a free trial for Supracleanse Green Coffee, I was never redirected on Supracleanse website where I could have read the legal terms and conditions. I received a box of pills of Green Coffee Speed Capsules posted from China and no mention of Supracleanse. It happened to me a second time in the same period with Beauty & Truth, while I was offered a gift for another survey, as I was browsing my emails on sfr company. the same thing happened to me with Wrinkle Rewind product. I reported a separate complaint on Scambook. now I'm warned about this scam with "gift" after a quick survey and I do not answer anymore, but I lost a total of 180€ (247$) which I cannot afford...
