This company charged me $49.00 for a guaranteed return of my renewal card in 10 days plus paying for registered mail to send my form and included my identification in the form of my Passport. After approximately a month I did receive my replacement card without my Passport included. Now I am faced with trying to either replace my Passport and/or spending time trying to find out where it is. I wish I had researched the company but when you search social security replacement this company links to this and considering the name of the company it leads one to believe it is an official site. I don't think this company should be allowed to call themselves GovServices.us Thanks Rosalie
