Did not get refund!!! NTO took 239 dollars from my bank account in increments of $14.95 per month from April 2012 to Dec 2013! They said I signed up for it but I clearly remember the rewards program stating it was free of charge! The person I spoke with said it was in the agreement and I could not receive a refund but somehow other people are. Is there any way I can get my money back?!
