The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
Received a charge on my credit card account for 34.96 dated 11/26/13 and another for 9.97 dated 12/16/13.
I have no recollection of authorizing either one of those amounts.
I would like those charges to stop and be reimbursed for the above amounts totaling 44.93.

- do you know who the company is ? have you had any dealings with them in the past at any time ? if you have contact your bank and raise a visa dispute, also try and contact the company and ask them why they have taken it. it would be quicker to try and get a refund from the company than going to the bank, only go to the bank once you have spoken with the company. If you have not had any dealings with the company call the bank and raise it as fraud it will be dealt with by the fraud team who will credit it back to your account pending investigation
