I have contacted facebook @ least 6 times now about being over charged after running an ad. I can not even get a reply. When I submit my inquiry I receive an automated response that I will be contacted shortly, but I never am. This isn't the first time they've over charged me either. the first time however they did fix it. This time, I ran an ad, stopped it @ $20 and then my bank was charged $35.00. They probably figure its such a small amount that I'll eventually just let it go, but I'm not going to, its not right. If anything their hurting themselves; had they just done the right thing I would have probably run several add since then, but because of this I have stopped altogether. I question their integrity and selling practices at this point. Ignoring the problem does not make it go away and if this is how they do business then I no longer desire to do business with them
