I ordered a tial sample or their toothwhitening paste. I called them today after I saw a new charge on my account for $94.13 for a new package they had sent out. I told them I hadn't authorized that and wanted the money refunded. I was told that I didn't cancel withing 8 days, so that's why the product had been sent. No where on their order sheet or website does it say that. I read their terms and conditions and I should have had at least 14 days to cancel before they charged my account. I talked to them for a long time and they finally agreed to refund $70 if I return the package when it gets here. I argued about that and they wouldn't do anymore. Fortunately my bank called me and asked about a Bellathome charge for the same amount which they had declined.
I don't want this product and believe that they are false adverising. I can't even get to the page to order the tooth whitening sample product anymore, so can't prove, absolutely that it says anywhere that I have to respond within 8 days. I really want all of my money back. When I receive the package they sent out, I will return it unopened. Then that costs me more because I will need to pay for the shipping.
