In Nov. 2013, I ordered a set of thumb and wrist wraps. When my ordered was delivered the end of the month, they had substituted a different item (a pair of very large slippers)and a note saying the product I ordered was no longer available. After several attempts to call them and being put on hold each time, I decided to just send them back. Of course their info says no C.O.D. orders accepted. So I paid the $5 to return them, along with a note expressing my dissatisfaction, and my expectation that all my money would be refunded, including all the postage. Today I received the wraps, but no refund of the extra money I had spent.
I talked to the post office and they said this is mail fraud.
