I have received an invoice from the above company indicating that I have signed for an exhibitor's listing. I received their letter in Nov offering our hotel free listing in their website. There was no indication whatsoever on advertising or cost involved and they have even indicated that our hotel is already listed for a certain tradeshow in Asia. As such, I have given all the relevant information pertaining to our hotel and addition, since we have moved office (which Event-Fair has my old address), I have also updated our new address in the form.

As we do not sign up for such listing unless it is free listing, I am surprised to received an invoice from them. Moreover, if I remember the form which I have signed correctly, I believe the attachment which they sent back to me together with the invoice, has been butchered.

I immediately went to their website to check and yes our hotel is listed and I then wrote an email via their website informing them we would like our hotel to be delisted, but no reply. I have tried to call them several times but there were no answer.
