I was contacted by this company for a modification of my loan with Wells Fargo, and paid an up-front fee of $2,598. with the understanding that if the modification was denied by Wells Fargo that the fee would be remitted back to me. Wells Fargo denied my modification on June 11, 2013. 1st. Choice Document Preparation LLC was notified several times, and sent verification of the modification denial, but they have never responded to my calls or faxes, and have not returned my $2,598. as of this date. The 2 contact individuals I was corresponding with were either Ashely or Gwen.
