Went through the process to order a report on a property in MD. Said fee would be $1.20. When it came time to retrieve report got message from Windows Internet Explorer that the operation was aborted. After checking my bank account - a deduction for $17.49 was shown. This is very poor business practice. I want the money refund ASAP and the account cancelled. This is fraud. I feel you are stealing money!!! Very sneaky business practices!! I plan to tell everyone to stay away from this company. Thieves!!!!!!
