2 Degrees Mobile New Zealand has treated me and my company very poorly and overcharged for it's service. There are two major issues I have with this provider.

#1: I requested access over 5 months ago by email to see my contract and then over the phone. I have not received a response and they have claimed that I signed on at a later date than I believe I actually did. I cannot check or dispute them until I have the contract given to me but they have yet to produce it.

#2: 2 Degrees sent me a text message saying I had reached my limit of data usage for the month. I then went online and lifted the amount of data expecting it would add on a data block. They didnt and they charged .50 cents per megabite wasting $40 of mine. This was unfair and they refused to make it right even though it is not very clearly stated at all on there website http://2degreesmobile.co.nz and they didnt make it clear by text either. This company promotes themselves as a 'cheap' alternative to other mobile providers. So far in my experience they have been far more expensive.

I plan on taking further action in order to get my contract and compensation against this company as they have been very unwilling to provide any help to me in relation to this.
