Purchased UGG boots. They sent wrong size and a purchase order in Chinese. The boots are definitely fakes and I have no record of emails sent or received from them. All were deleted somehow. I have no way of returning the boots and have placed the credit card charge in dispute. Waiting to hear if I can get my money back.
