I ordered five things on November 21, 2013, two books, one doll, a key-chain, and a big pvc model. The pvc model was a pre-order item and the key-chain apparently ran out of stock so it didn't ship along with the other items. The figure came out on the 30th of December on the same year but I still haven't gotten a email that it was shipped. I contacted the company through my email a few days ago and haven't received a response. I also contacted their phone number and apparently the phone number is not in service. Their website is accessible, however if another link is clicked a message load saying:
