Company calls to tell you you have won a prize of a 2 night/3day stay in a luxury hotel with free air fare. The free prize is a total scam. In order to claim the prize you must submit cards for the hotel stay ($50 fee) and the airline tickets ($75 fee). They claim the fees are refundable because they will give you coupons for free gas, etc. Once you have done this, several weeks later you will receive a packet to apply for the hotel reservations (this will cost you another $50+ fee) By the way the $100 in gas coupons must be done each month with a max of $10 per month by mailing a certificate in with a self addressed stamped envelope with original receipt within 7 days of purchase, etc. So......for this "free" gift you will have to fill out mountains of paperwork and pay out many fees and charges. Is it worth it? Definitely not!! By the way, the free stuff comes from Oracle Promotions, just one of the layers of deceit and excuses for not taking responsibility that Grand Travel uses. They stole $50 from me to get to the first level of deceit but no more from me. I feel cheated and lied to and embarassed that I ever answered my phone to begin with. Incidentally, I have gotten 3 more phone offers in the last month for this same presentation.
