From a posting on Facebook, I ordered a product to help in weight loss. I understood that I was order a free trial of the product. I was away from home when the product arrived but noticed on my credit card statement that I had been charged $149.73. When I called the company they refused to post a credit for that amount no matter what information I gave them about the transaction. I feel this activity is a scam and the company should be investigated. I don't want others to fall for the same promises. I understand I did agree to terms and policies but the charges were hidden in a long detailed document--that in itself seems unreasonable to consumers.

- they make it long winded so people fall into the trap and then can use them not reading the terms and conditions as the reason why they dont have to refunds so no matter how long they are READ THEM
