I aplied for a loan with them over 2months ago i have phoned and emailed them as i got an email sayin my refund would b paided out in 7 working days i told them this and they said i was in a queue. Stil nothing. I am fuming with them i have spoken to the freud team and my bank and the police. They said if i dont get my money they shall take matters into there own hands, but how long do i wait i have a 9 month old son and am single as my partner has just walked out on me. Please help me to get my money back.
