In the time span of a month this company has charged me $274.70 worth of product. They kept charging me for renewing the product even thought I did not ask for it. It does however say in the terms and conditions that they will charge you, but I didn't know that. However, they are supposed to be sending more of the product and I only received the first one. Not the other ones, and apparently I paid for three shipments. I called the company and spoke to two men and they could not understand the fact that I paid and didn't receive them but they wouldn't do anything for me. So I contacted my credit card company and they said that they are going to dispute it and get back to me in 15 days. So I'm out almost 300$ due to this product that barely even works. 4 pounds lost in a month and I followed all the directions.
So if anyone is going to do the 'free' trial, read the fine print because it costs more than just the shipping. Absolute rip off this company is.
