I, accidentally, used this company to pay my Century Link bill. Normally, I catch these scams, but this time I fell for it. While searching "Century Link bill pay", one site came up in font of a different color, as they do when you've previously used that site. I paid my bill and, as soon as I finalized payment, I realized my mistake. I immediately contacted Check with my displeasure. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. "Check" immediately offered to refund the $6.99 fee if I would simply send them my checking account information. When I replied and asked them why they couldn't credit the card I used, they said they could not do that but said they would send me a check if I provided my address. I did. A few days later, I noticed that Century Link never received payment and they were threatening disconnect. I, again, contacted "Check". After 3 emails, I finally received the response that they wanted me to participate in a conference call with Century Link to see if they could postpone disconnect while "Check" waits to see if the payment went through. "Check" had guaranteed payment to Century Link by 01/09/14. Today is the 12th and nothing has been resolved. Ten days after payment, my account has still not be credited. And, Check's tag line:
