Today I purchased 2 tickets for "Yes" in Atlantic City on 4/4/2014 for $79 each $27.65 each for service fees and $15.00 delivery fee. I thought that the concert was going to sell out very quickly and I accidentally clicked on the first link for ticket sales for this concert. A few minutes I found out that I could have gotten the tickets for $55 each with no service fees and delivery fee. Besides I cannot make that date anyway, which, by mistake, I realized too late. I tried to call their costumer support but could not reach anybody. However, the voice message said that all purchases are final and no refunds etc. can be made. They obviously know that many people would like to cancel once they know that they could have gotten the ticket much cheaper.
I sent an email to their costumer support asking for an exception. However, I do not expect any positive response.
If I cannot cancel these tickets I will ask my credit card company not to pay this.
