I have subscribed as a member to UpWork in October 2012 until present. I thought after complaining to the US Authorities "INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER (IC3)ON THE 8TH APRIL 2013 AT 3:21PM" that it might help to wake them up. I am sitting on $207,820.00 not paid. One of my Friends from the USA told me not to stop working the internet as when they fold the Government, have a Policy that will pay out.You do not get responses back that mean something from them. Please be aware of them as they are a Fraud.
