My complaint is the same as everyone else's. Was told I could get a trial for $4.95 but then they charge you $89.97 after 14 days. Then 30 days later, they charge you another $89.97. I was able to get my subscription cancelled, which I wasn't aware I even had but no refund. Email support was responsive but not helpful and I had to call phone support 3 times. First time I was hung up on before connected, the 2nd time I had to leave a message and the 3rd time I got a support rep who was not helpful at all.
