I ordered 2 pair of Toms, and when I received them they were too small. I emailed the company and advised them of this, at that time the reply came from someone said her name was Helen she said I could not return them, she told me to order another pair and that they would send me a free pair. Who ever this company is they are a rip off, they're ripping people off selling counterfeit merchandise.
