I ordered product from them as part of a trial. After testing the product in 2012, I was not satisfied with it and returned it. As a result, I cancelled (in 2012). Out of nowhere in November and December 2013, I start receiving the product again. I never re authorized nor re ordered the product. Furthermore, they claim I called them in September 2013 to re order the product at a discount (why would I re order if I was dissatisfied with it in the first place!!??). The problem is the following: the date they claim I called them, I was travelling with guests so I would have not been available. I asked them to confirm the phone number that somebody used to reinstate my product shipment. They do not have it. They claim they sent me a confirmation email that the product would come: I have not received anything.
I sent the product back. However, they did not refund me for the shipping and they are refusing to do so.
This company is a scam and something must be done against it. Looking forward to the class action suit that should follow soon.
