I ordered 5 bottles of Pure Garcinia Cambogia which was scheduled to be delivered on December 11, 2013. However, after a series of emails, Biotrim Labs failed to respond to my clarificatory questions and as to why they have not yet delivered the package to the designated delivery address. I have told them that the amount was already billed to my account and had paid for it already but they have not given me any response or delivery as of January 14, 2014.
