On the Seattle airport, there is a public phone operated by WMACTL which accepts credit cards.
On 12th Jan 2014, I used that phone to call a mobile number in the US, lasting between 2 and 3 minutes.
On the phone, it is written that the cost is 1$ for 4 minutes. But they ended up charging 22$ on my credit card.
This is a major fraud!! Beware of this company.
Update: 01/22/2014
I contacted Cust care of WiMacTel & told them that I wont pay $22. They verified the transaction, agreed that it was incorrect and offered me a 75% return - so I ended up with $5.50. I know that this is still pricey, but better than $22!
