I engaged mytechsquad in August 2013 and enlisted their help for some Outlook synch issues on 2 occasions. On both occasions they dismantled my Outlook and when reassembling it lost contacts tasks calendars and emails. Not only was this grossly inconvenient and negligent in my opinion I also lost about 4 days where I couldn't use my computer as they were in it trying to re-instate data.
The second time was worse than the first - I use my Outlook as my CRM - tasks calendars contacts etc and they managed to lose 3 months worth of emails allm y Outlook set-up ie. folders subfolders were lost etc....
The worse thing is that I uninstalled them and after many requests I have not received a response or a refund that was promised.
