I watched a video online from Dr Oz regarding Pure Garcinia Cambogia and was under the assumption I was ordering a bottle that was a "trial" for $2.95. I even received my confirmation email. Two days later my bank account was charged two separate charges. One for $1.00 and another for $159.00!! I called the company (the first time) and they told me there was nothing they could do. That was what I ordered. The second time I called the company I was told that I had 14 days to return the product from the original date that I ordered it. I had to return at my own shipping costs and they would charge a $10 restocking fee. The third time I called they stated I had 3 days to return the item (from the date of order-like that would even be possible) for a refund. Well today is day 4 and do you think I even received the product yet? Of course not.
I am so appalled by this situation.
