Ordered perfume online on 30/11/2014 and paid by credit card. Received receipt that ordered was processed and credit card was charged for $93. Did not receive any further information and the ordered item. Started following up on 7/1/2014 when I still had not received the product. After several emails requesting information and a refund I received the same repeated emails and stalling requests from a supposed fake customer support officer Manuel Valerio.

No response to any requests for a refund, only the identical email each time either asking me to check the post office or to bear with them and wait a few more days. Can't believe I got scammed big time!!!
