We were sold a "vacation club", sent the welcome packet and notice to cancel per their instructions. Due to the fact that their information was in our luggage which was delayed due to the storms in the North East, our letter was dated 1 day late per their representative. We were also told that since it's not a timeshare per se, the cancellation period is 3 days not 10. Now we are stuck with a "Membership" that is uncancelable???? Really!!!

What is the name of this club? Is there a company listed as Jetstream or Horizon or Blue horizon or even Global promotions?
