So I am from the UK and wanted a few blouses id seen on the website. As soon as I ordered them I had a bad feeling, checked my bank account a few days later and they had overcharged me about a pound and charged me fees for shipping which I should not have been charged for. I contacted them and they got back to me threatening to put my address and bank details online. I have lost nearly 100 pounds and I am not sure what to do.
