1st I saw on this site a complaint for a different product from the same address.
On 12/04/2013 I ordered a free trial of Garcinia Cambogia, paid $4.95 shipping and waited. On 12/23/2013 $98.99 was deducted from my Visa. I have not received the product as of this date. I called the # for customer service 866.574.8931 and was told should be here any day. I stated that was nice and haven't had a chance for the free trial. I told them that the price was too much and when/if the product got here I would like to return it and get a refund. Not a problem I was told, call when you get it and we will give you a RMA #. The product finally arrived 12/24/2013. I called and got the RMA # and mailed it back on 12/26/1013 with a tracking #. It was delivered on 12/30/2013. I waited until 01/14/2014 no refund. I have called the #for costumer service plus 2 other # that are on the charge statement 2 or 3 times a day plus sent at least one email a day. no answer
On their web site they have a Buy Safe logo and a Amazon logo. I contacted Buy Safe and they told me that they had not authorized its use.
