To Whom it May Concern:

I ordered from them on Sept. 16th, 2013. They charged it to my debit card. I realized it was way too much so I spoke with Jake and he worked with me to get the cost down. I was due 2 refunds...$30.00 and $75.00. On Sept. 16th (same day), I received the $30.00 refund but have not to date received the $75.00 refund. My bank has faxed them the information twice showing that there is no amount of $75.00 refunded to me on Sept. 16th as they insist was refunded. Since then, I have spoken with at least 14 Customer Service Reps than I can count. I received a message from someone named Max on my cell phone yesterday but neither I nor 3 other people are able to understand what he said. I called today and I was disconnected from 3 people and finally spoke to 'Misty' who was an absolute idiot. I finally told her that she was the worst Customer Service Rep I have ever spoken to and that I was done and would do everything I could to get the word out that they are scammers and that it's not slander because it is the truth. Mind you, I have been calling since Sept. 24th (I believe)and I have spoken to so many different Customer Service individuals, including 1 supervisor. They insist I received that refund and gave me their tracing #825780961214875063 to check with my bank to see where it is. The idiots don't know that their tracing # isn' going to tell my bank anything, it's theirs!

So today I decided ... no more. I cannot deal with them and their lies any longer. Can you please help me?
