The same as many other complaints re this company. I believed I was authorising around $30 (twice, for 2 products) and site was misleading and did not provide a total on the screen for me to authorise. The next thing I know I get 2 order confirmations, each for $155!! I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order. The waited until the following day to reply and said the goods had been shipped. I have cancelled my credit card to stop any potential future unauthorised transactions after reading about the scam online. Has anyone had any luck via their bank by claiming fraud as the total was not authorised?
