I sent an order for a pair of trainers for my 16 year old son who used his own Christmas money. They immediately sent confirmation of payment but three days later emailed to say the goods were not in stock and told us to select another pair. I emailed back to say I wanted a refund but did not hear back. Despite several emails I have had no communication from them. With hindsight, I should have checked this website out better - there is no telephone number or address and when you look closely - the website is very basic - I fear that I not see any kind of refund despite my bank becoming involved trying to reclaim it.
