Someone from facebook users approach me to make a video conference with her. then she asked me to surf the website that need to put my credit card number. she told me that i will not be charge into my card. then when i receive my bill, the charge appear into my bill even though i'm not use the service. i called my card provider, they told me i need to cancel the service through the web because they cannot cancel their bill. can you help me how to solve this?
