I ordered a 3pack of Pure Cambogia ultra capsules on the 24th September 2013 and they have still not been delivered. I have called Biotrim Labs over 10 times since I ordered and the 'Support Agents' have not been able to give me any information in terms of progress on my shipment or even details of an office to which I can escalate my complaint. I have paid for the product in full already and would like either the product or my money back.
