i applied for a free trial and was not aware that after 14 days i would be charged for the cream i paid 99p for postage .i then noticed my account had been debited for £89 on the 19/12/2013 and again on the 04/01/2014 for £95.95 i rang and told them i was returning the second pot of cream and requested a refund.they have told me they will refund £69.00 taking £20.for admin what a rip off.i asked to speak to a manager but was,nt passed to one a steve john said they would only tell me the same
