they claim I ordered rvtl cream, i didn't. I received I got the first one in a little white box nothing in the box, no invoice, no bill,not anything. I thought maybe it was a gift from a shopping network I deal with, they do that some time for their vip costumers. Then I received a second one. Then a red flag,looked up the # called,went thru the process to tell them I didnot order this,to avail. reported to my bank now have to wait, they had my ip address & acct.#, but not the right email.I have never been on that sight never, until I had to fine the phone#,& co. name, which did not appear on package. Really sad that people can so easily get away with this!!!! Sure hope someone can help us recover our hard earned money. They would not even agree to send me an invoice by email nor mail.
