I paid $100 for a Samsung note III 64GB and blackberry Q10 but later they told me that my parcel as been detained by Shenzhen customs and i have to pay 100% for the items but at first they told me custom is free but later they changed i attach the T.T Copy

i had applied for premium support they told me that i should wait for my visa card to be verified its been over a month ago please help me
