I ordered a laptop on 1/6/14. They said that I would receive it within 7-9 working days. I still have not received it. I did try to contact them several times throughout the last few weeks. I was getting very minimal responses. I paid them through PayPal. I filed a dispute with PayPal on 1/25/14. I then received a message from OnlineBigStore on 1/26/14. They said they already refunded my money. I contacted them on 1/27/14 again. I haven't received the refund yet.
They offered me a 30% discount if I would re-order the item from them. No way will I Ever Order Anything from them Ever Again! I hope noone else does either!
I'm just sick about the whole situation!
